I probably should have done more research before using this grip, but looking back I don't see how I could have done it. This grip was not compatible with my racquet. Once you've removed your old grip, this pack requires you to apply glue to the grip as you slide over the grip. After removing the grip and applying glue, I found that the bottom of my grip was too large for the grip to slide over. Thirty minutes of fighting came to nothing and I completely broke the grip. I have decided that a refund is out of the question as I actually destroyed the product during the assembly process. I don't want to give this product zero stars because it definitely felt like heavy stuff. My poor rating is due to the lack of sufficient (cautionary) information at the points of sale. I think the glue was a good move to keep the grip in place while playing and I think it would be entirely possible to place the grip. without glue on the strings, which is a point of contention with other commentators. I put the crank half on the crank before I left and the strings were free of glue. However, having changed many tennis racquet grips, I feel that a wrapped grip would ease all my hassles of changing that grip. I ended up buying a girth grip from Dick and for less money than this.
