Didn't want headphones

I was excited to try these headphones. I like that they fit the ear and the case is everything. The case shows you the percentage of battery you have. The problem is that only one earbud charged and they never paired. I kept charging them and only 1 is charging. That didn't work for me. I'm still changing them, so I think I can turn them off now. They are charged since I received them.
