Pretty well made for the price. About a third of the price of an OEM replacement. One tenth the price of an original Porsche part. I read the previous reviews and attached the socket and wiring with some epoxy. Very easy to replace. YouTube videos show how to remove the glove box required for replacement. I was able to do this by simply removing the bottom plastic panel. You will need a long 7/32 socket wrench to access all 7 screws. It takes a little trial and error to line up the grooves and a little patience to install and tighten the three screws. But it's better than removing the glove box. Runs quietly and is well balanced. The original part is in good condition but the brushes are rotten. It took 12 years! Let's see how this one does.
