The first reason I don't like this product. Find the "sweet spot" where you place the phone on the charger for it to start charging. It's so frustrating you think you've got it and it's charging, and an hour later --- it wasn't charging at all. I even checked other people's phones to make sure it wasn't just my phone. I also tried one person's wireless charger. I liked them better. I love the slim design, but absolutely hate figuring out where to place the phone properly. If I had crates I would return. I can still check back because it frustrates me so much I spend a few minutes setting up my phone so it charges.
