Some trimming, modification and adjustment work required
Prepare yourself with a Dremel tool and some trim bits - if this is for a 2012 Mercedes Sprinter you'll need to remove a few bottom tabs and a few other small parts. Bits to get it seated just right enough to let the A/C controls flush again. I heard Metra is better.
