Love it! It's so quick and easy! Some say it doesn't work, but I disagree. I may be biased because I've been using it for years and just bought this replacement so I've had a lot of practice with it. If anyone is having trouble, this is the best I can say to help: press and hold the button first. Insert the pins so that 1/2-2/3 the length of the pins are in the berry (depending on the size of the berry). Then, when you release the button, slowly rotate the peeler while applying light pressure to the berry, essentially creating a spinning knife. When the skin is cut, simply remove the skin from the berry and press the button again to release the cut skin. I find it helpful to tear off the leaves first, but it's not necessary. My husband says it's a great little tool because there's a lot less wasting of the berries than just using a knife to cut the skin. All in all I would definitely recommend this!
