Review on QueenDream by Brent Shaeffer

Recently, I made the mistake of making an internet purchase from QueenDream. Their website had a fair assortment of goods, however the quality of the service I received and the goods I bought were both below average. I had a hard time reaching a representative, and when I did, they were unhelpful and insensitive. It was difficult and tedious to return my item, and the representative I spoke to didn't seem interested in helping me. Unfortunately, when receiving my order, I saw that the item was different from what was advertised online. It wasn't worth the money I spent on it because the quality was so low. QueenDream obviously cared more about generating a profit than satisfying their consumers with high-quality goods and excellent service. In general, I was dissatisfied with my time spent shopping at QueenDream.com. If you're looking for a satisfying shopping experience, don't bother with this establishment.
