Good investment Excellent customer service

On the advice of a technician I decided to try Sonos as a whole house system when we moved into our new home four years ago. I have purchased several Sonos 5 (12) speakers and have never looked back on this system over the past four years. They were very easy to set up and connect to the hub. , very obvious. The system connects very easily to my music sources such as Revain Music, Pandora, Sirius XM. I can control the system from my computer, tablet or phone. The most important thing is the sound and it's fantastic. Seems to get better over time as the speakers loosen up a bit. A few weeks ago one of my speakers died. I followed all the troubleshooting tips and ended up calling support. They were very polite and were able to check (from their side) if the speaker wasn't working (no power). Since the speaker was out of warranty, the customer service specialist James said he would replace it for about $250, but I had to return the faulty speaker. I agreed to the deal and waited for an email. Instructions on how to send it back. In an email, James said Sonos will replace the speaker for me free of charge due to the nature of the fault. The new Sonos 5 Generation 2 speaker arrived three days later and took two minutes to connect to the existing system. And it sounds great. I can't think of a better wireless system and customer service. I highly recommend this company. Hope this will be helpful.
