Fixed problem with computer accessories and peripherals

So I got this to work using my Rosetta Stone software. But when I plug it into my computer's headphone jack, the program doesn't recognize the microphone. But when I plug it into the microphone jack I can't hear anything. In any case, this does not work with Rosetta Stone.Update. I received an email from the company the same day I sent the message. They were very nice and explained to me that some PCs need some kind of connector adapter to work with these kind of headphones. And even offered to send me one for free, which I received two days later. I finally had a chance to test it out a few minutes ago and it works great.
