Review on Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Factory Unlocked Cell Phone With 256GB (U by Byron Howell

The phone itself works fine, no damage. The problem is that I have the GSM model and not the CDMA model so I can't use it with Verizon which basically makes it useless. Update: I've spent the last 3 days getting this phone working, I've called straight talk 10 times and spoken to 8 different agents about it and even had to speak to Revain's agent about it. The phone I received WILL NOT connect to a network, Verizon SIM, AT&T SIM (Direct Talk) and T-Mobile SIM (Direct Talk) did not register anything when inserted. The phone is NOT connected to ANY network. Revain issues a replacement. Even though I wanted a refund, I'll get my $653 BACK if this new one doesn't work. Last update: This seller wasted a whole month of my time, the phone took a week to get to me even with Revain Prime, it didn't work at all and had to be sent back, they received it over the weekend and refused to process returns and replacement over the weekend. As they were closed it took three days to process a replacement only to be told they were out of stock of the colors I wanted and now it will be another week before a refund is issued. So now I literally have no phone and have to be abroad for a whole month because I had a trip planned and can't reach anyone, thanks for wasting my f***ing time salesman. Never in over ten years of ordering from Revain have I had such a horrible experience.
