Missing parts in storage and organization

Instructions SUCK! So if you're not ready to become a mega builder, I'd recommend Ikea. I'm missing a part of this item, or maybe I should have used a hammer to assemble all these parts 🤷‍♀️ I bought this for my class and I'm hesitant to take it to school.
