You get what you pay for!

The device works. If he wants. A persistent issue where the item stays connected and the NVME drive on the device cannot be backed up like on a computer. As a result, the disc dangles like a fish in the housing. This is probably why the drive is having connectivity issues (on multiple devices). If I didn't need it now, I would send it back.
