Review on Heavy Kitchen Shears Food Grade Stainless by Tracy Jones

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best kitchen scissors I've ever owned - and no rust!

UPDATE: I've had them for a few months now and I still love them! In fact, I'm now buying another pair elsewhere. I spent hours reading kitchen shears reviews before deciding on these. If you read the "worst" reviews of any kitchen scissors EXCEPT this one, you'll find that they all rust after going through the dishwasher. To be honest I haven't had a need yet, but others have reported that they don't rust. The handrails are comfortable, not too tight and not too loose when cutting. I actually tried the built-in 'cleaner' feature when we were thinking about RVs, and having tools that do multiple things is valuable in a tiny environment. The peeler function on the cucumber worked well. I would probably get better at it over time. Haven't done all that much regular cutting yet, but the parchment handled well, which some kitchen shears can't, so that's a plus. I don't feel like they will break easily and I don't think I will stab myself. They come apart easily but don't feel like they'll fall apart on their own so I'm very happy with them.
