I am in my late 40's with dry, sensitive skin. I like the Philosophy brand but it doesn't always play nice with me.This arrived boxed and with typical squeeze tube packaging with a seal under the lid. It is a fairly thick white cream with a subtle floral fragrance. It does take a bit of rubbing to work in, which I don't like in the facial area but it does not leave my skin feeling sticky or looking shiny. It definitely has a moisturizing feel to it when applied but when I woke in the morning my skin was just as dry as ever. The hole in the black lid is larger than the hole in the actual tube and results in a mess or dried moisturizer when you use it. As a result I have found it better to twist the cap off.My sensitive skin didn't have any issues (redness, peeling, itching etc).I am not sure this is worth the price . . . in this price range there are moisturizers that will have no fragrance and lasting nourishing/moisturizing results.
