Review on Elevate Your Audio Experience: UrbanEars Pampas Almond Beige Over-Ear Bluetooth Headphones by Jennifer Lee

As per other reviews with a similar complaint - the bracket holding the ear pads is fragile. I ignored the warnings because I thought I was a cautious person and only wore headphones for phone calls and listening to podcasts while working around the house. (I don't do mountaineering or CrossFit in them.) 3.5 months VERY light, careful use - and the arm broke. I've filed a warranty claim with UrbanEars and I'm hoping they fix it. I have had products from them before and have been pleased with their work.
