Great item for learning the basics of wood carving
Bought this for my child who has shown a keen interest in learning wood carving. This is a great basic wooden block set for anyone to practice on. The wood itself is of good quality, not very dense and hard. It is semi-soft, making it ideal for carving with basic tools. There are many blocks in this set, so you can try different techniques on different blocks. The wood itself is good quality, but again I would use it for practice or crafts rather than actual woodworking. This is a great item for beginners or small, simple arts and crafts projects.
