I have been using this product for over 6 months and I work in the shipping department of a distribution center. Lifting boxes for 12 hours at a time. Connecting to my cell phone is quick and easy right out of the box. As soon as you pull the right bus out of the case, it connects automatically. The sound quality is excellent. Slightly on par with my V-Moda M100 headphones, but not as good as my Sennheiser 85. Unfortunately, there is a small audio delay so they can't be used with apps like Smule. They fit well and have not fallen out on me except when trying to put them on under a Shoei motorcycle helmet. Even then they were comfortable and only popped out because my helmet is very tight and would grab the buds if I took them off. Though honestly it took a while to get used to things. The same design holding them in place can cause a bit of pain until they either break or break your ears. The battery life is fantastic! As I said, I wear at least the right earbud to work, usually at least 4 hours straight, and they charge enough during my 20 minute break for another 4 hours of work. It's absolutely awesome. The only time they died for me was when I forgot I had them on and didn't put them in the charging case. Even then it was quickly 30 minutes in my pocket and then back to Death Metal. Listen-through technology is great when I'm walking around Walmart or something, and sometimes even better than natural acoustics. However, if you work near machines like I do, turn them off unless you can dance to the squeaks and distortion. But it's really easy to turn it off in the app. Voice communication is also crystal clear over the JE65. I can't tell what the other side hears, but I haven't had any problems at all, except sometimes people ask if I'm okay because I look like I'm talking to myself (y I have shoulder length hair, so these things are invisible to strangers when I wear them). So here's my biggest selling point. That's right, not the sound, not the battery, not the reliability of the attachment, but the incredible durability. I used them for 6 months in stock. I once dropped the case (with the left earbud inside) and the right earbud (which I took out to focus for a moment) from a 15-foot scaffolding in my bag onto the concrete floor. The right earphone looks like new. The case has scuffs but it opens, closes and charges as it should. I couldn't find the right earbud until I turned off my watch and used my phone's kill radius to triangulate the signal. Any audio device that can withstand this abuse of my headphones deserves a 5 star rating. Tip for the wise: place the JE65 on top of the case, line it up with the mold, then close the bottom. Always the perfect connection for charging. So why should you buy the Jabra Elite 65? - Durable - Sturdy and durable - Very noisy when appropriate - Can be painful at first but never falls out Coincidentally the same list my wife gave me after our honeymoon.
