Just want to say do not buy this product. It has a major critical design flaw. On the underside of the machine, just below the removable drip tray, is an opening that draws water from the tank. At first you don't realize he's there. Then leave it in the tank with water once for a while and it will overflow the bowl that contains the water. Once this happens, the entire tank empties onto anything under or to the side of the machine. Do not contact customer service as these are useless. They will send the car back and they will do their tests and tell you everything is fine. Well, I think they're right, because this thing was designed to pour water on everything around it, even when it wasn't even turned on. They won't care what broke it and will just give you a new version of the same humidifier that will cost you hundreds of dollars in damages. At first I thought it was just a rare occurrence but as you can see from the reviews. it happens to most people with it. Even if it doesn't help you right away, it will eventually happen. My sister in law had the same for a few years with no problems and then BAM had the exact same problem. This is by far the worst product and support you could ever get. I would advise against buying anything from this brand as they don't care about you and will keep delivering crap. Don't waste your time and money with this product!
