Just so everyone knows because I 'try' to help when I can, especially when other reviews are wrong. I ordered this product in 14mm and they are the right size. I wore 12mm or 1/2 inch tunnels and today they came in the mail (14mm) one size up. I can admit these are accurate measurements because I had to measure my ears (a bit painfully) to fit the new ones. So I can be sure that the product is genuine. I just had to point this out as I saw several reviews stating the tunnels are too small or the wrong size. wrong size, but it's no big deal to just change them if that happens.
