I don't like it, even if it works well

My dislike is less for quality than for other things. The quality is so-so: when I tried to make a medium grind, I got uneven bits, but I usually grind. I had an old Krups coffee grinder for almost 30 years and decided to buy a new one, but as an inexperienced coffee grinder buyer I overlooked a few things. What didn't work for me: a very small round chopping bowl and a hidden cord. Storage. I'm used to the larger oval bowl that you can scoop coffee out of with a small spoon. It is absolutely impossible to do this from this small bowl. I had to shake it on a plate or straight into the coffee maker. It will also be difficult to clean. What I don't like is the hidden storage of the cable. The cable doesn't always stay and gets caught under this thing and I have to put it back in the groove. I prefer the old way of sticking out on the side. I'd rather wrap it around the grinder than find and tuck in a groove every time. Wrapping is much faster than wrapping in tight circles in the base, so this hidden storage is beyond useless to me. In short, it was an annoying experience and I'm glad I have Prime to bring it back. .
