Uneven grinding

This product is cheap, quiet, and at least I grind beans, but the degree of grinding is very uneven. I'm a bit of a coffee snob, and my expensive, excellent coffee grinder broke, and in the meantime I need something. As you can see in the picture, this is the loop I got from the machine. If I keep grinding it, the grind gets so fine that it doesn't work when poured over. In fact, the biggest disappointment is that the creatures I buy from my local manufacturer are about $25 a bag and the…

Buy this if you want brewed cowboy coffee

I bought this to replace a 10 year old Krups grinder that was accidentally damaged when someone tried to grind nutmeg. One of the blades has lost the tip of the elbow. The new Black+Decker CBG110S grinds coffee beans but not as well as we would like here and nowhere near as good as the old Krups with the broken blade so let's go back to Krups and expect another 5 years. great coffee, just the way we like it here. We will not return the CBG1105 because the original packaging has been lost for a…

I don't like it, even if it works well

My dislike is less for quality than for other things. The quality is so-so: when I tried to make a medium grind, I got uneven bits, but I usually grind. I had an old Krups coffee grinder for almost 30 years and decided to buy a new one, but as an inexperienced coffee grinder buyer I overlooked a few things. What didn't work for me: a very small round chopping bowl and a hidden cord. Storage. I'm used to the larger oval bowl that you can scoop coffee out of with a small spoon. It is absolutely…

Buyer Warning! Although it is cheap, the price is still too high!

This is the first time ignoring reviews is serious Oh! Nothing is simple about this coffee grinder which ALSO claims to be versatile and can be used as a spice grinder. In my opinion, it hardly misses false advertising. If I ground the coffee beans myself, that would go in the trash. I wouldn't want anyone to buy this as (?) open stock and I certainly wouldn't give it away as a gift. I like my friends. First off, the "safety feature,” aka lockdown, is the weight of your hand on top. Yes, for…
