Review on The Noble Solution by William Hood

I like that it has many different ways you can set up your calls so they are not too much alike! It's easy enought anyone new could pick this program right off their own bat without needing any training or assistance from an outside source. There isn't anything really bad about our phone system but there aren't very good features either which makes me feel as if we're stuck with what was already here when hired by another agency years ago (which wasn't great). We also have no way to add more extensions since only one person works remotely now instead of two people working together who used to work remote before having phones installed where both were able to answer them simultaneously. This helped keep costs down during my time trying to find someone willing/able to help us get started because honestly finding those resources online just didn’t exist back then especially considering how little support most providers had available.
