Overall experience has been great.

Overall experience has been great. It was easy to use and the staff has been friendly. But I think it would benefit from a little more polish in terms of organization of data. The app is good but I wish I could export my email templates into a spreadsheet so I could edit them offline. The app allows you to add notes about your conversations, but if you don’t add something, the note disappears after 15 minutes. It doesn’t seem to be possible to share a template or link with another user…

Velocify Lead Manager is great for managing prospects, organizing and scheduling calls and managing deals throughout the sales cycle. It's really useful for those looking to manage multiple contacts and/or automate various processes. You can customize it for each contact so it can look similar across all platforms (email, social media, phone).
