This is an amazing tool! It was super easy to install and use.

This is an amazing tool! It was super easy to install and use. Once installed, the integration between the mobile device and Salesforce is seamless. The customer experience is great! With the app, you can dial a number from anywhere. You can also receive calls and place them from anywhere, with the ability to choose the phone number you would like to receive calls on (customer service, home, office). Customer service agents receive the call and can see where the call originated from…

  • Can only integrate with one CRM system at a time

-1 Company did not meet expectations. Reviewed the whole experience and am giving them -1 for being late to market, without the right products, etc. -1 Product was too complicated for my use case. -2 Too expensive. Especially for a SaaS tool. -3 Doesn't sync with my desktop clients. -4 No roadmap for upgrades. -5 They failed to listen to their customers' requests. -6 Customer service was terrible. Great solution for all types of call center, including mobile phone, VoIP, SIP and UC solutions. You get full control over the user experience and don't have to integrate with any 3rd party systems.
