-1: The company didn't meet expectations.
-1 Company did not meet expectations. Reviewed the whole experience and am giving them -1 for being late to market, without the right products, etc. -1 Product was too complicated for my use case. -2 Too expensive. Especially for a SaaS tool. -3 Doesn't sync with my desktop clients. -4 No roadmap for upgrades. -5 They failed to listen to their customers' requests. -6 Customer service was terrible. Didn't get responses to basic questions, even though they told me they would help me. Overall, it has potential but lacks polish and overall functionality.
Pros
- You don't need to be a statistician.
- It does a good job at showing correlations between variables.
- There are lots of features and options available.
Cons
- Needs work to add new variables.
- Not as powerful as it could be.
