Review on Velocify Lead Manager by Andrew Spainhour

Overall experience has been great. It was easy to use and the staff has been friendly. But I think it would benefit from a little more polish in terms of organization of data. The app is good but I wish I could export my email templates into a spreadsheet so I could edit them offline. The app allows you to add notes about your conversations, but if you don’t add something, the note disappears after 15 minutes. It doesn’t seem to be possible to share a template or link with another user. Finally, if I change the font size on the landing page (from 14px to 12px) when I go back to the landing page it shows the new size, but then resizes back to the original 14px when I scroll down. We have a lot of projects going on and I'd love to see how they scale across all those projects. But overall, the team has been responsive, helpful and prompt.
