Install these speakers today and enjoy until now! The sound quality is significantly better than the stock speakers on my Saturn 98. However, there are a few downsides to buying these speakers: 1) The installation guide that came with the box consists of two illustrated pictures showing which mounting brackets to use to flush the tweeters and to be able to mount on the surface. Beyond that, it's up to you to decide how to actually swap the plastic tweeter housing between flush and on-top, or how to use mounting clips that include screws to hold the midrange drivers in place. 2) Speaking of mounting clips, they're cheap. and they are difficult to use even if you master them; as well as mounting brackets to hold the tweeters in place when flush mounting. 3) The output wires on the included crossover are quite short, especially the tweeter wires. So I had to use the included tape to mount the crossover halfway in the door frame rather than hiding it at the bottom of the door. Problems 1 and 2 together made the installation process much more difficult and longer. heavier than necessary. But even allowing for the shortcomings of the included peripherals, I still give these speakers five stars because once they were finally installed they sounded truly amazing considering how little they cost.
