These speakers are great for a budget sound system, their highs and mids are excellent, the only thing that strikes me is their inability to hit certain bass frequencies. This isn't surprising and most speakers have an effective range that excludes some frequencies, it's not that obvious but worth mentioning. Used these to replace a broken speaker in my old Camaro. They sound twice as good as the previous pair, which cost six times more. Along with a $35 amp and $7 dome tweeter package, this car has never had an audio system like this. Four speakers, two 6x9 and two 1 inch dome tweeters sound good enough to kill my engine. Firstly, the price of this product is perfect. I just want to say that nowhere in the description does it say "a pair" of speakers. Even the manufacturer's website doesn't say you get a pair, just that the speakers are usually sold as a pair. Revain's website says "speakers" so what is that? Let me tell you it's a PAIR. Shipped very quickly and delivered to APO in 5 days. I bought 2 pairs of these speakers as my car (2011 Camry SE) has 6x9 front and rear wheels.
