This thing is really nice. From the padded thickness to the size and shape of the belt itself. At first you may wonder how do I keep this thing on without any buckle? But that becomes easily understood after using it with some weight. I really like the camp design too, it's a nice touch.The belt does a good job staying in place while doing pull-ups, and dips, which is what I mainly use it for. It's really comfortable and the chain supports a surprising amount of weight. If you want you can upgrade the carabiner's and chain, but I don't see the need to .
