Over the years from 3M to Harbor Freight I've used a lot of duct tape. What I like about the feed might be different from other people. I use tape to wrap the joints to make them secure and waterproof so the tape needs to be strong, flexible and have a good grip. This thread has both good and bad. This tape is thick and has good adhesion, but it doesn't stretch very well and if you try to apply pressure to it, the tape will tear rather than stretch. The elastic band allows you to create a waterproof connection as it forms around the connection. You can't do very well with this band. This tape is more expensive than regular brands but has limitations due to lack of elasticity in my opinion. You may or may not like this band depending on how you use it, but there are better and cheaper alternatives to me.
