I like the ability to create multiple versions of each page, such as an email vs. landing page version of a webpage. The dashboard is also very useful in showing how many people have viewed your page and which pages are getting more traffic than others. This has helped us understand what content we need to prioritize creating new blog posts or adding additional pages to our website. There isn't much customization available at this time. You can only set up each individual widget you want to add. We haven't run into any issues while using it so far but know there could be some bugs here or there. It's definitely worth signing up for a month trial before committing. Tracking the amount of customers who come from various sources helps identify where the greatest opportunities exist and which channels are working best.
