I always use forced carbonation to quickly carbonate my homebrew kegs. I've never tried a carb stone before. This seems like a great idea, saving me the 15 or 20 minutes it usually takes me to force carbs. I actually plan on passing this on to my brother as we make enough beer together to make two kegs. This one will work on a keg as it doesn't have the setup I have at home. In any case, this seems like a pretty logical way to go. You replace the lid of the keg with the included lid to which the charcoal brick is attached. Throw it on your keg and gas your beer. Thanks!
