It flows badly. Junk

The cap is brand new no matter how carefully I put this cap in my keg it flows like Civ. Lost half of my CO2. I checked the rubber seal and it seems ok. Still in flow. Update one year later: all rubber seals replaced with new barrel seals and sealant. It still flows like a sieve. piece of trash. El Cheapo, which I bought from another store, works like a charm. Don't buy this junk.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Cheap but average quality

Decent bell for an ordinary balllock run. This is a little more difficult to put on and take off from the keg compared to US made caps. Of the three I use, one had bad solder on the lid retainer that came loose on the 60th day of use. Not a huge issue as pressure drop is actually what keeps the caps in place, but an indicator of build quality. On the other hand, they work, are cheap, and look like stainless steel.

Pros
  • Finished
Cons
  • Very expensive

Interesting concept for quick kegs

I always use forced carbonation to quickly carbonate my homebrew kegs. I've never tried a carb stone before. This seems like a great idea, saving me the 15 or 20 minutes it usually takes me to force carbs. I actually plan on passing this on to my brother as we make enough beer together to make two kegs. This one will work on a keg as it doesn't have the setup I have at home. In any case, this seems like a pretty logical way to go. You replace the lid of the keg with the included lid to which…

  • Best in niche

  • Mostly ok but...

do you have nitro on barrels and barrels

These things are the best. This is the second I've bought to carbonate beer and/or inject nitroglycerin into these stouts and porters. This one is pictured with a pipe clamp for a reason. My kit did not include a clamp and there is no need for one. I recently changed my review after using it - this is the second yoke I own - the other was a different brand and slightly different design. This slowly drips out of the plug. I thought those were my ball lock fittings so I replaced them and this one

  • Absolutely amazing!

  • Some Cons

Great for forced carbonation, some landing issues.

We managed to carbonate our homemade beer very quickly. In my seltzer night there were nice little CO2 bubbles. The tube fits snugly onto the gas column and rock mandrel, I removed the clamps because they fit very well. It seals perfectly in my torpedo barrels. However, I had some issues with the fit. I don't like putting the whole rack in the keg, the rack ends up rubbing against the keg which annoys me when I'm trying to be hygienic. Although it goes in, it seems it would be easier to install

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • So far so good
