I have severe tension headaches from a past car accident that messed up my throat when I can't get to a chiropractor does a trick to relax the neck muscles and relieve pain and tension. I wish the balls were a bit bigger or the black plastic pieces that hold them smaller as they scratch my neck at some angles. i love this thing and recommended to everyone.
