This has come in handy lately. Ever since I wrenched my shoulder, again. Helps to remind me not to overuse my arm.Much better then the last 2 immobilizers I've used. One was a couple weeks before I had extensive surgery on my shoulder. As well as some reconstruction. The second was what I had to wear for over 2 months after the surgery.This is lighter weight, more comfortable. Also No where near as hot or as confining, as either of the others. Most important it works just as well and is so much easier to put on, then either of the medical ones I had to wear.If not placed just right the narrower straps can rub uncomfortably. For me if worn too long it pulls or rubs on the other shoulder and can become uncomfortable or even painful. But still better then the ones I received from the clinic then the surgeon. It getting uncomfortable reminds me to remove it now and then so it doesn't stiffen too much. So even in the bad can find something good.
