I have had this product since July or August 2020, it works perfectly. Just had/have a few problems with it. 1. Eventually the display stopped working and I couldn't figure out why so I contacted the seller and they helped me get the display working again. But 2. My other problem is that the humidity sensor doesn't track or measure humidity very well. It measures it much lower than it actually is, which is why my humidifier fills my tank (3 times in two months). Now I have to manually activate my humidifier but since my humidifier is now broken I have to spray it. 3. For some reason the heater doesn't always want to be turned on or off. It either stays where it's too hot or just won't turn on when it gets too cold. I ended up having to add another tank heater just for the heat to keep up with the very poorly regulated temperature.
