This item is very easy to fit. This blew my mind as it came from the "good old days" of installing the hard way. It was literally dropping the panel, unplugging the cable from the module, connecting the supplied wire harness to the disconnected cable and the module, plugging the other end of the cable into the box, inserting the key and turning the Position. a few seconds and you're done. park car then tested. The car started straight away. Easy as Hell. Then plug the device up to the panel you dropped and close and you're done. Less than 15 minutes from start to finish, including retrieving the item from the mailbox, cutting open the packaging and stowing the device away with the cable ties provided. What seemed very easy to me was that I didn't have to do anything. Else and all remote start functions were now in the menu on my dashboard. Very impressive. I put off remote booting my 2015 Fusion for a while, expecting to have to take apart a bunch of crap and hook up a bunch of cables, you know, old-school way. I wish every car mod/upgrade was that easy. Oh wait, throttle controls are that simple too. everything else, get ready to break out of the tools lol.
