I looked for a mono headset in one ear for a long time, but because reputable companies no longer make them and cheap Chinese options consistently receive negative feedback, I settled on option x. I was wrong. Purchasing is something I suggest doing. The benefits include the ability to listen to music with a simple ear. Books and podcasts are fantastic. Quite independent, prepared for the worst. By using only one earbud at a time while charging the other in the carrying case and switching them out periodically, you may enjoy your music for far longer than a single day. The fact that the interviewees were able to hear the microphone clearly even in the busy street indicates that the noise cancellation was successful. Cons: The signal isn't always reliable outside (causing the audio to cut out or become mono for brief periods of time), but it's OK inside (with a stable range of 6 to 7 meters) and in the car. Perhaps if you tuck the phone under your bra or another hidden pocket, you won't have any issues. Improvements might be made to the case charge indicator.
