I use these Duraskin gloves around the house for dirty jobs like cleaning the bathroom or working in the garden. This is good quality for the money. They tear easily when gardening, but again, these are not gardening gloves. I use them when coloring my hair because they are thicker than the gloves that come with the hair dye. I also wore these gloves while painting the living room. I'm a 5'1" female and bought the large ones. They fit me perfectly. My husband has worn these gloves to change tires and they fit him too.
