The ability for our sales reps in each state across Canada as well as international locations overseas is very useful when having trouble with orders or questions about products they need to quote. I wish there was more customization options than what's already available but it works flawlessly! Allowing users from remote offices access into my local copy easily makes sense now that we're able to do so without causing security issues at all times - just make sure you have adequate internet speeds (or wifi) if using this option outside your office network space where people can connect remotely via VPN/SSH connections.
