TLDR: Monitor light bar at a good price that does the same thing as BenQ's light bar. Does not damage the eyes and is ideal for desk work. The product quality of the monitor is aluminum and the light type is LED. The color listed is gray but I got the black version which I totally agree as it suits my setup. The source is USB Type-C, which plugs into your computer/laptop or monitor if it has a USB input. I personally connect it to my power bank to save electricity. It has a power button, a dimmer bar and a color temperature mode. Goes up to 5000k. Otherwise, I use this light bar very often. Functional and helps with my work and lifestyle! My use: I mostly use 3000k light to avoid hurting my eyes and only when I plan to play some light games but really want to focus on my studies. I would definitely take 5000k. It illuminates your entire workspace so you can clearly see what you're writing or what's on your desk. My favorite feature of this light bar is that it doesn't have a round back, instead it has a silicone back that easily attaches to curved and straight monitors. The USB Type-C cable is long and handy if you want to connect it somewhere else.
