I wasn't too impressed. The clear plastic looks sturdy, but the top and bottom of the plastic are black. Don't look too strong and don't feel too strong. Bought for knee protection on an electric scooter (25mph or 35kph) so I don't expect hard hits too often. Pads sure) and they absorbed the shock well (I'm 165 lbs and 75 kg) felt the pads.
