Normal headphones while working. Lots of problems

The noise cancellation isn't as good as I expected. The noise from the highway doesn't work (every day I walk on the highway). It is useless to the sound of a jackhammer, motorcycle and other similar noises. It mostly works on the plane, but a faint hum is still audible. Hearing isn't very good because it cuts out some important sounds. He has a bad habit of turning off at random, mostly around other cars, like he's being stolen via Bluetooth. Despite all the silly little issues, the real problem is support. I've had these headphones since August. Since I received it, the microphone doesn't work during a call. Contacted Jabra Support. Got a firmware update, was able to connect the mic during a call. after 15 seconds. Even the most patient telephone salesman lost patience with me afterwards. No one in their right mind is going to talk to me on the phone and wait 15 seconds of silence, after which my voice will slowly go from silence to normal volume. I've been looking back and forth for support for months and the answer is I need to contact Apple. Now I don't take many calls and was frustrated but not as angry about the mic issue. What really annoyed me is that after 3 months of use, one side of the earbuds got accidentally cut off. Contact support again. They insist that this new problem must be due to a microphone problem and finally tell me to contact Apple again. Told them it was crazy and they wanted a refund, were told to submit a warranty form to get a replacement. The form was sent a few days ago with no response. The whole saga is ridiculous. For this reason I would not buy from this manufacturer.

Pros
