I used this DA grinder almost all day for several days. It's a pleasure to use and does a great job. I swap between an 80-gallon Curtis and a 60-gallon Husky, keeping both on my toes. This is the only pneumatic tool I've ever used that loads the Curtis. Understand that you will only like this tool if you have a big enough compressor. UPDATE: After two years of very heavy use, the air adjustment on the grinder (little dial on the side) broke but stayed in a fairly open position. Yes, I've smeared it every time I've used it with no errors. I used it until the rest of the regulator flew out - like a bullet. The part is plastic, a weak point of this grinder, and easily accessible. I just ordered two. Don't throw away your broken Ingersoll Rand DA; Parts are easy to find.
