Review on ⚙️ Enhanced Performance with Random Orbital 20327 Self-Generated Diameter by Robert Wells

This is the best sanding machine I have ever used including Festool. I own a custom furniture shop and typically use reverse osmosis sanders for large or rough surfaces and sand the rest by hand. Due to a lot of finishing work I bought this hoping it would match or beat the Festool range of sanders. Not only is this grinder faster, it also leaves a better finish with MUCH less vibration. I haven't used a Mirka or Dynabrade grinder so I can't compare it to those. Improvement (I use thin pads as the paper is very thin) - very light and strong which makes sanding edges fairly easy - MUCH less fatigue and vibration - I have a large 5hp horizontal two stage supercharger, probably more than 80 Gallons and the grinder makes it work more than I expected. This is probably the smallest compressor I would recommend for this grinder. I was concerned about the high RPMs when sanding wood, but both paper and wood stay cooler than any other sander I've used. the first 10 minutes, then the effectiveness decreases. We hook up ours to a vacuum and have no dust. This grinder will probably run 50% faster with a similar/better surface finish.
