Review on Rada Cutlery Cook's Knife - High-Quality Stainless Steel Blade & Aluminum Handle Made in USA, 10-7/8 Inches by Dana Jones

I've only had this a few days but so far it's the sharpest knife I've ever owned. I am 68 years old and I love to cook. Cuts tough chunks of raw beef like butter and can easily slice a soft tomato into very thin slices. I don't think I would use it on plastic cutting boards; I stay by the tree. I'm thinking of buying them for all my adult children who all cook a lot but I'll wait; wait a few weeks and see what i think. So far I'm really impressed, especially for less than $12 shipped right to my house in upstate Montana in 2 days.
