    Excellent quality - sharp blade

I have been using RADA cutlery for many years. Stays sharp longer than other "brand" knives I've tried and is very convenient to use. I don't buy any other brands anymore - I've learned my lesson. This knife is sharp.

It's sharp!: Kitchen and dining room

is a very sharp knife and has a sharp edge. Just don't wash your pen. If anything happened to him, I would buy one just like that. use and then clean and dry. The handle is raw aluminum and will corrode under the right conditions.

    Pros
    • Wide range
    Cons
    • There are disadvantages

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Too light - chef's knife

I like to put my index finger on the edge of the blade. The top of the spine is so narrow that it is uncomfortable when pressed. It's harder to cut because it's too light. Celery works, but carrots are too tough for a knife. Don't even think about using it for butternut squash.

    Pros
    • finished
    Cons
    • poorly thought out

    Lightweight, comfortable and sharp

Rada makes the finest kitchen knives around. Combined with their amazing sharpener, their knives stay sharp for a long time. However, for some reason, the handles discolor badly when washed in the dishwasher. I hand wash/dry them, put them back in their protective sleeves and put them in my Rada drawer. Can't recommend them enough.

    Pros
    • Easy to use
    Cons
    • Infuriates

Razor sharp, low maintenance and a good size!

I bought one for me and one for my mother-in-law. They are immediately ready for use, low-maintenance and large. It's not too big (chef's knife) and not too small (smaller santoku/utility). The Wirecutter gave the knife a bad review because the blade is quite flexible, but if you're just a home cook it does its job and the curve didn't bother any of us.

    Pros
    • Easy installation
    Cons
    • too stupid

I love this knife!: Chef's knife

I love this knife! I've used Amish Hardware Rada paring knives for years. This is my first uncut knife. The quality is excellent, EXTREMELY sharp and well balanced (note it's light weight, if you don't like light weight knives this isn't for you). All in all a very good knife at a reasonable price. I think that in the near future I will replenish my collection of Rada knives.

    Pros
    • Elegant design
    Cons
    • Can hurt

    Rada Knives are the best

Just an ordinary Joe here. no fake feedback. I will not buy another kitchen knife. No need to replace them and pass them on to the next cook in your family. I only buy them for gifts. These knives cut easily, have excellent balance and are made from high quality stainless steel. Causes no problems in the dishwasher and absolutely does not tarnish, wear out or rust. JE.

The sharpest knife I've ever had!

I've only had this a few days but so far it's the sharpest knife I've owned. I am 68 years old and I love to cook. Cuts tough chunks of raw beef like butter and can easily slice a soft tomato into very thin slices. I don't think I would use it on plastic cutting boards; I stay by the tree. I'm thinking of buying them for all my adult children who all cook a lot but I'll wait; give it a few weeks and see what i think. So far I'm really impressed, especially for less than $12 shipped right to my…

Excellent knife: cutlery and knife accessories

I confess that I was a bit surprised when I received my knife. Reviewers have mentioned that it's thin. It is stamped from 0.035-0.036 (inch) thick stainless steel sheet. If you insist on equating thinness with cheapness and fragility, don't buy this knife. But I believe that "thin" has advantages. Despite the low price, this is a good quality metal. A thin concave edge turns into a terribly sharp edge, comfortable to use and easy to sharpen. This FAR is the sharpest knife I have. The thin…
