Review on CourtWorks by Luis Green

I love how user friendly this software was for both myself (the administrator) AND my assigned case management staff members who were using it daily! It really helped our organization get organized with keeping track off clients/cases we had ongoing throughout each day vs just one at once time per month like some cases managers do now when they used spreadsheets before courtworks came out!! No issues so far except occasionally needing extra help from admin personnel if there seemed too many open windows during any given session - but usually not enough work load overall where those problems would arise anyway :).
