Install this on our deck along with a new weatherproof tamper evident connector (required by code). This was a little tricky as you had to unscrew the base screws all the way, then reattach the cover, then the back panel of the cover sliding over the screws and then screw everything back into the base. Crate. Annoyingly, part of the dispensing box was recessed into the wall, so I couldn't seal between the lid and the box. After discovering this I removed the cover (and back panel), adjusted the position of the outlet and reattached the cover and all looked fine. Make sure the lid is flipped up. You have one chance to install the loop, so make sure you get it right. The lid release button is a little stiff, but it works well if you place your hand all over the lid and press the button with your thumb. Overall satisfied with this product.
