Review on 🪑 Stylish and Versatile: Modway Stencil Stackable Dining Side Chair in Blue by Roger Diaz

I bought 2 chairs and both came with the hardware missing. The first chair received was missing ALL the equipment. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me they couldn't send me replacement hardware as it was against their policy. I contacted them again to see if they could at least tell me what size screw or bolt is needed so I could buy them myself, but they didn't have that information. The guy I spoke to said he would find a chair hardware kit in their warehouse and call or email me with the information. I never heard back. I received the 2nd chair and it was obvious it was a returned chair. It wasn't packaged properly, had a few scratches and was missing 1 screw (at least I have some). I got tired of calling the manufacturer, so I took one of the screws that came with the second chair and bought the same screws and washers. Unfortunately, after a few days of use, the replacement bolts I had to buy fell completely out of the seats. I really want the manufacturer to send me a replacement mounting kit so the screws will fit the chair because now I have one chair that is missing a screw and one seat that moves slightly and another chair that doesn't can not be used because the seat is completely loose because the screws keep loosening. Although the chairs are visually appealing, I regret the purchase.
